We all tend to be dragged down by our own negative thinking, which is fundamentally born out of our fear, and our desire to avoid risks. What we often forget is that we don't have to believe our own negative assumptions and old beliefs, if they are dragging us down.
Don't wait to be confident
How often do you find yourself think .... "I will only be confident when______" The truth is, confidence is both something earned over time with effort, AND it's a daily practice.
Influencing is not the same as convincing
Don’t listen to disempowering thoughts - we all have them btw. Here’s a common one - “I need to convince my team of my POV, or else I’m bad at influencing and leading.”

DO-ING VS. BE-ING
As a practical way to incorporate more Do-Bo balance (a.k.a. "work-life" balance), I'm suggesting intentionally creating 5 min breaks, 1 hr breaks, starting work later, ending earlier.
HEALTHY ENTITLEMENT
The concept of entitlement is negatively charged, and I observe in coaching sessions that women leaders in particular suffer from lack of it. I encourage women leaders who hold back on asking for what they need, to be MORE entitled.
