8-week group training helping leaders up-level their leadership skills and lead teams

The Sage Leadership Program consists of 8 weeks of group coaching, 1 private coaching session, and a saboteur assessment. It’s designed to help leaders recover more quickly from setbacks by fostering a positive rather than negative mindset, enhancing engagement and productivity. The program is based on the Positive Intelligence (PQ) framework taught at Stanford University, grounded in neuroscience, positive psychology, cognitive behavioral psychology, and performance science.

It addresses root causes that sabotage team performance, such as:

  • Difficulty bouncing back emotionally or managing stress and anxiety

  • Challenges in maintaining focus and productivity

  • Burnout, often caused by perfectionism or self-doubt

  • Conflict in relationships and communication breakdowns.

HOW IT HELPS YOUR TEAM:

The program enhances teams' performance and wellbeing by strengthening three care areas of mental fitness:

  1. Self awareness and self-command: develop greater mastery over your own mind, learn to be more present and overcome self-doubt and recover from negative emotions faster, reducing time spent in disappointment, anger, or blame.

  2. Shifting to positive thinking: interrupt self-sabotaging habits, shifting the balance of power from negative thinking to positive, self-empowered thinking.

  3. Sage perspective: develop the an understanding, compassionate, empowering mindset and specific strategies to reframe failure, unlock creativity and strategic thinking, and build resilience.

In addition to group and private coaching, the program includes the award-winning Positive Intelligence (PQ) Mental Fitness app, which provides videos on saboteurs and the Sage perspective, along with personalized daily in-app prompts to reinforce mental fitness practices and rewire the brain.
