Hi, I’m Ramona, a certified professional leadership coach committed to to empowering conscious, purpose-driven leaders to unlock their highest potential in both their career and their lives.

I believe your highest potential lies in your ability to embody your most authentic, confident self and aligning your career with your purpose.

My goal is to help you overcome self-sabotage (e.g. imposter syndrome, perfectionism, people-pleasing) which limits your ability to lead with authentic confidence.

I work with senior leaders in corporations like Google, Meta, and Warner Media, as well as VC and startup founders.

I lead workshops, trainings, and retreats aimed at fostering authentic leadership and purpose-driven career growth.

I collaborate regularly with UC Berkeley, speaking at their annual NOW Conference and teaching a mindfulness meditation course.

I’m a Certified Professional Leadership Coach through IPEC, Emotional Intelligence Trainer, and Positive Intelligence coach.

Journey to becoming a coach

Before founding RHC, I was a corporate marketing research leader, shaping marketing strategy at eBay, Twitter, SoFi, Levi’s, StubHub, and Ancestry.

After grieving the sudden passing of my sister, I committed to living an authentic life aligned with my deepest values. I pivoted my career into freelancing while studying Positive Psychology and launching a self-funded research project on Happiness.

Coaching style

Empathetic, structured, and laser-focused on client goals. Everyone I coach feels more confident and empowered, often making a long-desired change within less than 1 year of working together: many were promoted (to director, VP, and CMO levels), and others pivoted to a new career or business.

  • I was born and raised in Romania, and my upbringing instilled in me a deep appreciation for the strength and wisdom of women. I’m passionate about empowering women to embody their most authentic, confident selves, so they can contribute their unique gifts to the world.

  • I’m a Positive Intelligence coach using a transformative science-backed coaching approach that gets to the bottom of old patterns of disempowering thinking.

  • I give back - Each year I volunteer through The Women’s Impact Alliance , offering 12 free hours of coaching to women leaders in the social and environmental change space (e.g. Unicef, UC Berkeley).
