You don't have to fake it

"Fake it till you make it" hinges on the assumption that by projecting confidence, even when you don't feel it, you can succeed in challenging situations.

"Faking it" does work in the short term, or in the early stages of your career. However, overly relying on this approach can lead to imposter syndrome, anxiety, and a loss of your true self.

The more you pretend, the harder it becomes to maintain the facade.

Also, the "fake it till you make it" mindset leads to disconnecting from your authentic self. You are so focused on showing up as confident that you lose touch with your actual strengths, values, and passions.

The "fake it" approach is unsustainable and ultimately severely limits your potential.

True success doesn't lie in faking it; it's rooted in showing up as your whole, authentic self.

What does that mean?

It's about being aware of your strengths, accepting your weaker spots (simply untrained muscles), and being unapologetically you (so freeing!).

It requires acknowledging your imperfections and learning to leverage them as opportunities for growth.

The truth is - anyone can smell fake-ness. We can also sense authenticity, and we respect it.

Authenticity fosters trust - a cornerstone of true connection, and meaningful relationships.

Join us on Monday, NOVEMBER 6th for a free super fun WORKSHOP where go into what it looks like to embrace your authenticity, and tap into confidence in a way that's true to you.
