MAIN TOOL FOR PERSONAL ACHIEVEMENTS

Reached a big goal this morning- ran for 45 mins without the help of headphones or talking to anyone. I was curious how long I could go. I ran longer and faster than my usual. I stopped to get a coffee to reward myself and to reflect on this personal achievement.

Here’s what comes to mind:

1) Setting and achieving a personal goal that’s not attached to money or career or any outside recognition makes me feel thoroughly happy, satisfied, and confident.

2) Exercising outdoors in nature is the real deal, truly recharges me at the deepest level.

3) Consistently setting aside the time to recharge and renew (for me that’s running, yoga, or if I have no time, 10 mins meditation) supports other healthy habits, and builds the solid happiness foundation on which I can build anything in my life.

To get all the things we want, like business/career growth, or supporting others in our life, we first have to focus on our foundational BODY AND SOUL CARE, a practice that’s always going to give us that sense of deep happiness and purpose in life. With that healthy body soul foundation we can show up in a powerful, authentic way in the world, and create what we’re here to create my friends.
