FIRST STEP TOWARD HAPPINESS


The first step toward happiness is to open our heart and meet what we’re given.

To do that, let’s set down the weights of old, outdated beliefs, that no longer serve us, to carefully make space for energy, aliveness, and happiness.

Time to allow those outdated beliefs to surface.

Time to acknowledge where they came from and why we said yes to them for so long.

Time to set down those weights and walk lighter, and brighter.

Those limiting old beliefs, that once felt true, have no place in the new year.

Time to be unapologetically us, with no pretense, no desire to be anything but who who we truly are, at this time
