MY NO MEAT GO-TO LUNCH
Leftover lunch bowl - Indian meets Eastern European homemade concoction. On a bed of brown rice I threw some shredded lettuce I picked from the @alemany.farm on Friday, added the chard and potato curry I made last night.
Topped with freshly made roasted beets with yogurt (mixed with garlic, lemon, herbs, maple syrup), and chopped cilantro. Heavenly! Starting my 3rd week of no meat no sugar no processed empathy carbs! @ San Francisco, California
