THE MOST IMPORTANT GOAL
Over the last three years or so, I’ve made an unwritten, unspoken, not even well thought out goal. I felt one goal forming in my heart: to keep my soul fed, to fill it all the way up, to the brim.
I always felt I have so much to give but was never aware that I’m worthy or that I should honor myself. When I had my children, and when I lost my sister to a car accident, I felt in a very distinct way that our life is *precious*. That life can be bigger than we imagine. That which is greater than ourselves gave us the ability to offer the world the full expression of who we are.
Our job is to honor our full being. We’re the lucky ones, we’re still here. Our true commitment is to be the highest, truest expression of who we are. We’re all the same, we all want to be what we truly are. Our goal is to know who we are.
When we reflect on why we’re here, we understand we’re here to relax into who we are, in that place at our core where we are at ease. How do we get started? We hold still in that place of peace and non resistance, and ask ourselves what is the next right move towards our well-being, our center. Turn off those negative thoughts that keep occurring. Nurture yourself. Put yourself at the top of your list
