Developing Leaders and Teams Who Perform at Their Best
For organizations navigating fast growth, reorg, or change
Backed by evidence-based frameworks and 3,000+ hours coaching leaders at Google, Anthropic, Salesforce, and others
Leaders get promoted for their expertise but struggle to lead hybrid teams effectively.
High performers take on too much, fail to delegate, and burn out under pressure.
Teams struggle to align on priorities, communicate clearly, and perform well under pressure.
I solve that.
I develop leaders and teams so they have the capacity to lead under pressure, communicate directly, and do their best work together — without burning out in the process.
Fast growth and change puts extraordinary demand on leaders and teams

What Changes When Leaders Do This Work
Measurable Shifts
1. From carrying the load to multiplying impact
Leaders stop doing it all themselves and start developing the people around them. The team becomes the engine, not just the leader at the top.
2. From misalignment to shared direction
Teams develop a common language, clear ownership, and the norms that let them work well together under pressure and through change.
3. From high turnover to high retention
Leaders who develop their people create environments where top talent stays, grows, and performs at their best. Development isn't a perk. It's what keeps your best people.
4. From burnout to sustainable performance
High performance stops being something people survive and starts being something they can sustain.

About
I’m Ramona Harvey, founder, executive coach, and leadership development partner for senior leaders, founders, and fast-growing organizations.
Before founding RH Coaching in 2018, I spent nearly two decades leading insights and strategy at eBay and Levi Strauss, and consulting for Twitter, SoFi, and Ancestry. I know what it takes to lead at scale.
I also know how easily high-achieving leaders lose their footing in the process.
Since then I've coached leaders and facilitated leadership development for organizations including Google, Meta, Anthropic, Salesforce, Adobe, Cisco, Deloitte, Accenture, Warner Media, Nordstrom, Mars, Vuori, VC firms, and scaling startups — supporting leaders navigating increased scope, complexity, and pressure.
My approach integrates leadership strategy, evidence-based coaching, emotional intelligence, neuroscience, and mindfulness. The goal is always the same: help leaders think more clearly, communicate more effectively, and lead with authentic confidence as their roles evolve.
I am an ICF-certified executive coach (ACC, iPEC), Leadership Circle Certified Practitioner, EQ-i 2.0 Emotional Intelligence Practitioner, Positive Intelligence Coach, and Mindfulness Meditation Teacher through UC Berkeley's Greater Good Science Center.
I’m on a mission to help leaders be the kind of manager they would want to work for.
